REDS

 

Mostly Malbec, Bonarda and Cabernet Sauvignon, elaborated with both thermoflash tecnology and traditional maceration to keep varietal characteristic, low fermentation temperatures to accentuate the fruit and centrifuged to deliver a clean and bright product

WHITES

 

Mostly Torrontés, Chenin, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The aim is to protect the juice from oxidation from the crusher in order to preserve varietal aromas and fruit flavors. Fermentation temperature is low and takes place in stainless steel tanks with premium quality additions (enzymes, tartaric acid, nutrients, etc.) and selected yeasts,  The result: a fresh, aromatic style wine.
